[Cause]

• This connection error occurs at “Create Mock Expectation” step due to incorrect value set in {MOCK_SERVER_JAR} variable in configuration.txt. Correct value: “../../bin/mockserver-netty-5.5.0-jar-with-dependencies.jar” (two directories back) Incorrect Value: (set in SOL003) “../../../bin/mockserver-netty-5.5.0-jar-with-dependencies.jar” (three directories back)

[Fix Proposal]

• TST teams should set the correct value to {MOCK_SERVER_JAR} variable in configuration.txt in SOL003 v2.6.1-fix-plu branch.
