remove UnknownSubclass in ObjectClass

The UnknownSubclass seems redundant with the otherSubclass with value unknown. I propose to remove it from the Object Class. (This subclass was removed in a previous version and appeared again when splitting the asn1 files) The comment for ObjectClass seems incorrect: there is no confidence associated to a subclass of ObjectClass (this confidence was existing in a previous version but has been removed)
