Certificates generated by certificate generation tool already expired

When generating certificates for the security conformance tests with the certificate generation tool, the certificates are already expired.

I generated certificate CERT_IUT_A_AT today at 2019-02-01. When looking at the validityPeriod, it is set to start from 2018-01-01 and is valid for one year.

When looking at the xml file used STF525_Its/data/v3/profiles/CERT_IUT_A_AT.xml, it looks like this: ...
