Summary0005609: doorOpen item
DescriptionThe doorOpen is not applicable to emergency vehicle. But the table A.16 item 28, uses status "o" for emergency vehicle. This should be "x"

Then the condition for public transport vehicle is not correct because belonging to a "dynamic" event: 30s after closing door. PICS shall only refer to static conditions, which can be evaluated when filling the PICS.
Additional InformationI recommend a complete cross check of this table

3 issues to be resolved:
1 - remove all dynamic conditions (only static conditions refering to existing PICS items shall be used)
2 - doorOpen "x" for emergencyVehicle", waiting for mantis 0005614 resolution

3 - crosscheck other PICS items as necessary.

According to mantis 0005614 resolution, the item is now optional for emergency.
Description of an event is static (a state for a state machine for example), apparition of the event is dynamic (the IUT is in state x for example). there is no need to change the condition for public transport.
Complete check of the table done.

I disagree with the static/dynamic view in the latest note. Static statement are those concerning configuration for instance. Opening and closing door can never be static. Samme applies for the state machine. States are changing and are then dynamic. I do not see the point with the description. Anyway when filling a PICS you can not evaluate the condition "30s after closing door" because it is even dynamic. Thus this can not be a condition applying to a PICS item status.
