 issue 6: table with header 'port operations' vs. 'timer operations'. In edition 3.4, table 23. The 1st row should read 'port operations' instead of 'timer operations'. Incorrect answer provided to ITU.

issue 8: In Annex A, there is only A.1, but no A.2. One could argue that one level of heading is superfluous.

 Issue 6: it's a typo in the answer: I corrected into port operations ;-)

Issue 8: I guess we should not change this as it is used like this for long time.
