refactoring of estimate_ir.py:

- removed function smooth_impulse_response() (did not work properly and was not used)
- several complex transfer function methods were evaluated, but the default H1-method performed already quite good. Other methods might be used in future releases, this is reflected now in a new enum.
- misc./clean-up
