Just a topic for discussion: The changed reference to the SOL document does not contain a reference index such as "[2]" any longer. Do we think that these are not required any longer as we intend to not include the TDs in the main document any longer? If this is the intention, I would be fine with it. If we believe that we still need such are reference index in the TDs, we can keep the existing number and make sure that in the document we still have the correct reference with the same index in the list.
All test descriptions (TDs) annotated in the robot code are collected and included in the test specification document (i.e. TST010). The TST010 document has a specific clause for document references (clause 2.1).This clause contains the official references to the SOL documents, which are indexed there. Whenever in the rest of the document one of these documents is referenced, it contains the index of the reference list. Hence, the "[2]" was the reference index for SOL002. I prefer to keep the reference index.
@aelken , re-thinking to my comment, maybe it's good as you suggest to keep the reference from the beginning, since we'll have drafts of TST010 for each version, where it's good to have the references properly included.
