SOL002/3/5 Notification Endpoint tests: fix of Config ID in v2.7.1

This merge request refers to the fix of Config ID for some of the Notification Endpoint tests in SOL002/3/5 v2.7.1. It also updates names of related robot files and electronic attachment annex sub-clause titles.
