I have a question about the deleted line 96.

Post-Conditions when 204 is returned to DELETE is "Post-Conditions: none" (same description as when PUT or PATCH becomes 405).

I feel that the pre-correction description (Post-Conditions: The VNF Package Subscription is not available anymore in the NFVO) is more appropriate.

Can you tell me why it has been fixed?

Post-Condition for DELETE added. For test cases, where HTTP response is 405. We removed postcondition because, those test case are not implemented. In every scenario they respond with 405 with or without postcondition.
