Plugtest 2021: MEC012: RNISQuery BV L2Meas info should not be an array

The test case was able to get further but still seeing issues:

Resolving variable '${received_value['cellInfo']['ecgi']['cellId']}' failed: TypeError: list indices must be integers or slices, not str
value received: [ ${received_value}={'cellInfo': [{'ecgi': {'cellId': '6060606', 'plmn': {'mcc': '001', 'mnc': '001'}},...

I believe this may be caused by the fact that the test case was not completely updated (I do not think L2MeasInfo exist, L2Meas and L2MeasInfos were defined only... i think L2Meas should be there too on the second line...)

To my understanding, cellInfo is an array, then the string should be changed from:

${received_value['cellInfo']['ecgi']['cellId']}

to

${received_value['cellInfo'][0]['ecgi']['cellId']}
