  1. Change to ServiceInfo to use ServiceState
  2. General changes due to change of datatype names from SerializerTypes to SerializerType and same for LocalityType, TransportType,
  3. Change to notification data type -ServiceAvailabilityNotification
  4. Change to subscription data type - SerAvailabilityNotificationSubscription
  5. Definition of ServiceState as enumspecdiff.docx
