Updating testing

canterburym requested to merge mark/update_testing into master

Updated the testing to:

  • Adopt the same ASN.1 testing / compilation approach used in SA3LI
  • Incorporate XSD testing and XML validation
  • Updated XSD testing to return more than just the first error (with thanks to Holger!)
