TS 102 232-1 CR102 - Session layer and ASN.1 fixes

Clarify that sessions used by option negotation and PDU acknowledgement in clause 6 are "session layer sessions" and not related to LI communications sessions in clause 5.

Fully qualify imports from other ASN.1 modules. Style fixes.
