TS 104 144 CR005 - Corrections related to Section E and F

The EPOCRequestSubtype dictionary is missing the “PUK codes” entry from Annex I Section F of the E-Evidence directive. Several of the “Other” categories are also mislabelled. This CR fixes those issues. In addition, this CR adds missing guidance related to the use of the LDTask ManualInformation field with respect to Form 1 Section E.
