TS 104 144 CR002 - Additional structured information for Form 3

The current specification uses the existing Notification mechanism to indicate de-facto impossibility (i.e. via e-Evidence Form 3). The notification indicates which Authoristion is affected as well as which specificLDTask Objects. However, any further information – such as the reason for non-execution – is left to the unstructured free-text “Details” field.

The EC team have indicated that it is important for their system to be able to parse this extra information, since the IA or EA may be interacting via the EC-provided web portal. This CR proposes including the extra information as an EC-specific object, as per the approach agreed during the original drafting of the specification.
