TS 103 120 CR095 - Add LD Workflow Endpoints Supported by CSP

The e-Evidence regulation defines Lawful Disclosure workflow endpoints, which are standardized in ETSI TS 104 144, clause 5.1. This change request allows CSP to specify which workflow endpoints it supports through the “GETCSPCONFIG” object (section 6.4.11), similar to how the specification currently specifies it for Lawful Intercept and Lawful Preservation.
