TS 103 120 CR094 - Add discovery of CSP capabilities for e-Evidence regulation

The current specification allows CSP to provide the services it supports through the “GETCSPCONFIG request” (section 6.4.11). To comply with the e-Evidence regulation, this needs to be extended to allow retrieval of specific data categories relevant to these services, ensuring only applicable subsets of the user data are accessed. Additionally, the GETCSPCONFIG request/response specification and associated schemas have a few issues and inconsistencies that need to be addressed to be used in the e-Evidence context.
