TS 104 000 CR002 - GetAllConfiguration message

The LISE is responsible for configuration of ELIs via X0. The X0 initial configuration data pulled by the ELI at deployment time could be changed during the ELI lifecycle. The ELI is notified by the LISE of any parameter’s changes. In case of an issue on the ELI, for example, due to a misconfiguration, there’s no mechanism enabling the LISE to retrieve the configuration data from the ELI. The NE/ELI won’t expose any interface (e.g. CLI) to view the retrieved configuration data for security reasons. The LISE, which is supposed to be a controlling node, doesn't have any capability to retrieve the configuration data in use by the ELI for further checks.
