Draft: Addition of digitalTokenIdentifierCode to DigitalTokenIdentifier in ASN.1-schema and XSD

The current ASN.1 schema and XSD for the DigitalTokenIdentifier structure do not contain de DigitalTokenIdentifier-code itself. In some scenarios, the DTI-code might to have reported when referring to a cryptocurreny, as this code is guaranteed to be unique. Additionally, the definition of DigitalTokenIdentifier in tables K.4 and K.4A are misleading, and they are not aligned with the ASN-1-schema and the XSD. This draft CR proposes to improve the wording in tables K.4 and K.4A, and to add digitalTokenIdentifierCode to the DigitalTokenIdentifier structure.
