TS 103 221-2 CR 018 - Defining X2/X3 Configuration parameters

Specify the X2 and X3 Configuration data provided by ADMF (LISE) to NE (ELI) when requested on X0 during the X interfaces Configuration phase (see clauses 5.7, 6.2.5.2 of TS 104 000). In line with previous TC-LI decisions, this will allow to have all the X2 and X3 data (both configured on X0 defined only in the X2/X3 specification. The X0 specification will point out only to a generic Configuration Details data structure whose field lists will be part of the X2/X3 specification.
