The Cellular Network Info (CNI) and its usage is specified in 3GPP TS 24.229 clause 7.2.15 and in Annexes R.3.1.1A (for 4G EPC) and W.3.1.1A (for 5GCN).

The CNI has been added in the Charging Data Records specification for IMS charging from Release 13.6 in 2016: 3GPP TS 32.260 clauses 6.1.3 and 6.3.1.2.

Currently ETSI TS 102 657 does not allow the delivery of the CNI header as a complement of the P-Access-Network-Info (PANI) header in the MultimediaServiceUsage structure.

This CR proposes to add cellularNetworkInfo to the MultimediaPartyInformation.
