TS 102 232-3 v3.13.1 and TS 102 232-4 v3.7.1 introduced a method to deal with network access interceptions generating very high bandwidth traffic by adding an option to only intercept truncated data packets. This method includes the option for the LEAs to explicitly request the delivery of a specified number of the first octets of the datagram. To control the method to be used and the the number of octets to be delivered, a traffic policy object is required. This CR proposes an addition of a new field (Parameters) to the TrafficRule object and a new Action to the TrafficAction Dictionary.
