TS 102 657 CR145 - Extension of the Definition of PEI
3GPP TS 29.571 has extended the definition of Permanent Equipment Identifier (PEI) with the possibility to contain a a MAC address for a 5G-RG or FN-RG or an IEEE Extended Unique Identifier (EUI-64), for UEs not supporting any 3GPP access technologies.
This CR proposed to amend the definition of PEI in TS 102 657 accordingly.
Additionally, this CR proposes an editorial change to the XSD-definition of PEI: remove the minOccurs="0", as PEI is defined as xsd:choice.

Hi @marthy - just a note to say that between us we need to remember to retarget this MR to meeting/LI65 when it becomes available (hopefully soon!). In the meantime I'm going to retarget it to meeting/LI64, as having MRs target main can cause us real problems if we forget. This should have failed the preflight, but didn't for some reason... I need to find out why!
