Draft/mc/generic messaing fix

canterburym requested to merge draft/mc/generic-messaing-fix into draft/lukem/generic-messaging

Fixes the testing errors:

  • Adds EmailPDU to the list of things that have big ints in them, so that the syntax-checking pre-mangler can replace them
  • Removes "OPTIONAL" from the two new CHOICE elements in Messaging-Property

Still some open questions about whether the testing procedure is completely correct - ffs.
