TS 102 232-1 CR0100 - Extending options for location information

Currently, when a mobile service makes a voice call using 5G radio access, the TS 102 232-5 IPMMIRI may include a SIP message containing PANI information with the Network Provided NR Cell Id used by the target service.

Similarly, when a mobile service makes a voice call using non-3GPP access (i.e. Voice over WiFi) the TS 102 232-5 IPMMIRI may include a SIP message containing PANI information with the UE local IP address, UDP/TCP source port and a time indication.

However, it is not currently possible to indicate the NR Cell Id or the non-3GPP Access information mentioned above in TS 102 232-5 IPMMIRI targetLocation, the definition of which is imported from TS 102 232-1.

This Change Request seeks to give the option of indicating the above information by importing _UserLocation _from TS 33.128 and using it in the list already available in TS 102 232-1 ASN.1 Common Parameters under Location.
