TS 103 221-1 CR052r2 - New TaskReportType for remote POI reporting – 221-1

To support 3GPP SA3LI’s efforts to report the ReportTaskIssue message in 3GPP TS 33.128 in relation to remote POIs (e.g., a triggered POI), a new TaskReportType value is needed as the existing ones do not work for the context needed. As such, it is proposed that a new value called "RemotePOIFault" be allocated for this purpose.
