*.asn: reformat whitespace per LI(23)P62014r2

Reformat the .asn files:
- 4 space indenting, including ensuring fields line up
- no tabs
- no trailing whitespace

No difference to previous when  git diff -b / --ignore-space-change
except for removal of some trailing blank lines.
