Apply the following changes from the main trunk: 

2001-01-10 17:43  bodo

	* Makefile.org (1.118): Pass ${PERL} down to the Makefile in
	sub-directory "test" in "make tests"

2001-01-10 17:40  bodo

	* Makefile.org (1.117): Use $(PERL) in place of hard-coded perl
