getdate and new test cases from yday

- Fixed a getdate problem by post-replacing the getdate.c file after the

  bison/yacc process to add the fix Harshal Pradhan suggested. The problem

  caused a crash on Windows when parsing some dates.

  even when told to use HTTP 1.0, which is not correct.
