cmake: Fix for add_subdirectory(curl) use-case

- Use CURL_BINARY_DIR instead of CMAKE_BINARY_DIR.

When including CURL using add_subdirectory the variables
CMAKE_BINARY_DIR and CURL_BINARY_DIR hold different paths.
