	Update the filname column width-sizing piece of mod_autoindex
	so that it's customisable with a NameLength keyword on the
	IndexOptions directive.  A value of '*' means 'as wide as the
	longest filename,' which was the default effect of the last
	patch in this area.

hooks is currently incomplete: the server_create / directory_create

So, to avoid problems when people add a space by mistake, I
changed the RAW_ARGS to a TAKE1 because the trailing "modname.c>" or
"!modname.c>" is always one arg, and we do not intend to allow
anything after the '>' character anyway.

	Clean up mod_autoindex's storage of the IndexOptions settings.
	They are per-directory, not per-filename, so keeping them in
	an array is confusing and pointless.  They're now stored in an
	int in the module config record.  Also (finally!) fix the
	FancyIndexing directive so it gets merged into any IndexOptions
	settings for the current directory, rather than replacing them.

more robust. Previously, the IconWidth/IconHeight directives were
not checked correctly (e.g., IconWidthFailsToDetectThis=10 would
be parsed as a legal IconWidth=10 option). Also, copying the argument and
parsing it with ap_getword() seems to be a waste of computing time.

+ Add display of the "current directory" in cases where it's
different from the supplied path (e.g., ftp://user@host/ lives
in /home/user, not in /, therefore clicking on "../" in the
starting directory might send us to /home/).
+ When ftp login fails, (esp. when a user name was part of the
URL already), we now return [401 Unauthorized ] to allow the
browser to pop up an authorization dialog. This makes passwords
slightly less visible (they don't appear in the regular log files)
and implements a functionality that other www proxy servers
already offered.

dump core for replies with invalid headers (e.g., duplicate
"HTTP/1.0 200 OK" lines). These errors are now logged and the
core dump is avoided. Also, broken replies are not cached.
Additionally, connection problems to an upstream server are now logged
in the error_log, besides being returned to client as before.

adjustment feature (no --without-confadjust) with calls to a new helper script
`buildinfo.sh' which is both more flexible and already proofed to be more
robust against platform differences (latest ePerl and WML releases shipped
with it and no problems with it were discovered by the users). This mainly
fixes the recently occured ``sed: command garbled: ...'' problems.

Note I tweaked Kurt's submission to fit our style guide... and I corrected

5 to 10 because there are some users out there who always have 5 to 8
variables in one RewriteRule and had to patch mod_rewrite.h for every
release. So 15 should be now more than enough, even for them. (I never
needed more than 4 in my RewriteRules ;-)

That simplifies some code, but changes many of the proxy-internal interfaces.
It should also prevent the proxy from merging multiple "Set-Cookie:" headers
into one.
