* server/core.c: Enable 'httpready' by default on systems that support it.  Use dataready filters for others.
* server/listen.c: Move bits that determined which accept filter is applied to core.c.
* server/listen.c: Add bits to find the correct accept filter based on the core's configuration.
* include/http_core.h: Add the accf_map table to the core_server_config structure

Tested on Linux using TCP_DEFER_ACCEPT. 
Needs testing on FreeBSD to make sure that Accept Filters actually work.

If we can determine the protocol at startup when we allocate the socket, the correct Accept Filters can be applied. Currently we blindly apply the http accept filter.

* server/core.c: Add 'Protocol' to the core module config
* server/core.c: Add ap_{set,get}_server_protocol API.
* server/listen.c: Attempt to inherit protocols from Listener Records to Server configs.
                   I do not like the current code, but it works.
* server/listen.c: The 'Listen' directive can now optionally take a protocol arg
* include/{ap_listen.h,http_core.h}: Add Protocol to respective structures.
* include/ap_mmn.h: Minor MMN Bump for the new interfacces.

Add AP_INIT_TAKE_ARGV. There can be some inconsistent results because of the behavoir of ap_getword_conf. Do not rely upon any last argument that is "".  If the argument is in the middle of the line, it should work correctly.

This is updated from the version sent to dev@httpd to fix the behavoir with 0 arguments.

* include/http_config.h: minor MMN bump for the new interface.
* modules/generators/mod_autoindex.c: Migrate IndexOptions to the new ARGV command type.

Add the directive AuthLDAPAllowDNAuth to allow a user to authenticate against an LDAP directory using a full user DN.  This directive allows a user to authenticate against a subcontext that may contain non-unique user IDs.

apr_sockaddr_info_get() or apr_getnameinfo(). Also note that under
OS X, apr_getnameinfo() always seems to fail (at least on my
machines) so if we don't specific ServerName at the global setting,
we get a warning.
