this internal version. Another fix would be to:

Populated tree with .indent.pro files.  They may need to be customized per
directory; and code should probably be validated against it at some point.

line option -S which dumps a description of how apache parsed the vhost
directives.  In particular it'd really help the folks who recently ran
into /etc/hosts mismatches with DNS.

handler anyway, something went wrong somewhere so we should tell
people about it.  The old behaviour was silently processing the
request with the default handler, giving the user no warning that
their configuration to use a specific handler is being ignored.

some of these are done already.  My guess is most aren't done.  It would
be really nice if folks could work on these or any other bugs for that
matter... I think I've done my "dues" regarding bug maintenance and
I'm going to be playing with pthreads in my spare time for now -- i.e.
consider me to be on vacation w.r.t. 1.3.
