  Some straightforward keys for Win9x (the NT path is not affected)...
  added ImagePath and DisplayName to the Win9x service key for monitor
  authors to iterate the registry and provide 'work-alike' capabilities.

  Also, the console patch committed was to hold the console open on error.
  This is the converse from closing apache and the console when Close is
  selected from the window menu, or the window close button is clicked.
  That problem remains :(

  I thought these were all straight, but glancing at handleex from
  sysinternals.com - discovered that proxy isn't tagged with its base
  address in win32.  Not fatal, just slowed down invocation.

  Restore the behavior of the default ServerName to not advertise any
  assumptions if it locates a legitimate dotted/fully qualified domain
  name from tcp/ip.  Retains advertising of any ServerName that fell
  through to a dotted ip address name, or the loopback address.

  Resolves concerns (I hope) of Jeff, Ken and others.

	Add the RemoveType and RemoveEncoding directives to parallel the
	RemoveHandler added in 1.3.4.  This can get us out of the sticky

Reason:
We have the declaration "API_EXPORT(void) ap_destroy_mutex(mutex *mutex_id);",
in case of multithreading, so ap_destroy_mutex() should not be defined as
"(0)" in case of no multithreading, because "(0);" causes the above warnings.

Fix:
ANSI C allows empty statements, so let ap_destroy_mutex() expand to not
nothing instead.

  This patch for Win32 holds the console window open for up to 30 seconds
  on error until dismissed with the <ESC> key or timing out.

  It also traps every stderr logged message to the WinNT Application Event
  log for WinNT/2000 services.  Since Win95 services aren't, they will
  follow the first exception (holding the service console window open.)

  Although Apache's mak/dsp projects properly add src/os/win32 to the
  includes list, the 3rd party module authors don't necessarily do so.

  This patch fixes the reliance on os/win32/os.h for the rest of the
  1.3.x lifetime, but we shouldn't do so for Apache 2.0

that some server-side stuff does not recognize "basic" in the Authorization
header.  PHP was unfortunately a victim here.  This has been fixed in PHP,
but we might as well make ab play nice.
