had already done this specific directory walk for this request. This can happen when we have an internal redirect, like the ones caused by mod_dir (/ -> index.html). structures of libz never got flushed as ctx->stream.avail_in is always zero here. Bring in basic support for building the winnt MPM under mingw32, using the autoconf build system.
