Move the main/md5c.c file to libap so non-httpd things can access
	its functions.  The Win32 files still need to be adjusted..

get a chance to update. I suggest we wait a week before cleaning

Previously, virtually SSI-included "raw ascii" documents would destroy
the conversion setting of the including document.

by documenting the meanings of the arguments for each different version of
Apache. This is important since the current live site now documents the
"new" behaviour (for -L, -l, h) even though there is no released Apache
for which that documentation is valid. Even after releasing 1.3.4 users of
older versions will be accessing the documentation.

ap_os_case_canonical_filename(), ap_os_systemcase_filename(), and
ap_os_is_filename_valid() from httpd.h to the separate os.h files.
Moved BS2000-specific os_set_account() and os_init_job_environment()
prototypes to bs2000/os.h.  HAVE_CANONICAL_FILENAME no londer needed.

	If we tried to check the version number of a module compiled
	before 1 January 1999, we'd be looking in the wrong places
	for the filename and version numbers because the magic cookie
	insertion changed their offsets.  This fixes that, at the cost
	of making any modules compiled between 1 January 1999 and 6 January
	1999 unreadable.  Balancing a span of five days against six
	months makes this seem reasonable.

since nmake on Win95 doesn't like %variable% substitution.
These should work for NT as well, but I haven't tested on NT.

	display order could be manually overridden by putting the
	appropriate query string into the URL (one of the strings
