Removed because an unmaintained list of known bugs is worse than useless.
We have all this in the bug database, it's maintained there, and providing
historical known_bug issues is counterproductive.

I took Ralf's README.DSO, HTMLized it, and put it here, a more appropriate
place than in the root-level of the distribution.  Now we can link to it, too.

Also, Ralf, I removed the section on execution order differences between
static and dynamically linked modules, since you committed a patch which
makes this behavios consistant with all-staticly-linked.

Replace the AddVersionPlatform directive with ServerTokens directive
which allow for either Minimal ("Apache/1.3.0"), OS ("Apache/1.3.0 (UNIX)")
or Full ("Apache/1.3.0 (UNIX) PHP/3.0") type Server headers.

could possibly set curpos == endpos + 1... and the old test for sp ==
bep would never find this case.  As a result it would waltz past the
end of a block.  When I wrote the "sp == bep" thing I thought "it's the
caller's responsibility to guarantee this!" ... er, program defensively
Dean, it doesn't cost any more in this case.

installer. Document the registry key used and how it relates to
command line arguments (-d, -f) and the ServerRoot directive. Show how
to start and stop the Apache service from the command line.

There's no fork on WIN32, so this is modifying the error log of the main

  - make OSDIR also automatically be relative to src/ like INCDIR
  - SUBDIRS is now generated in src/Makefile only and not in
    Makefile.config because it is a local define for this location.
  - remove BROKEN_BPRINTF_FLAGS because is it no longer used inside
    any Makefile but make sure that at least the "-K inline" is kept in
    CFLAGS for SCO 5.
  - update the "depend" targets in Makefile.tmpl files to use $(OSDIR), too.
  - updated the dependencies theirself

 -- remove an unbounded sprintf()
 -- always check for errors at all stages, and log an error message
 -- if an error occurs in creating a child, die, but make sure
    all already created children a killed correctly
 -- remove assert()'s
