Resync a few documentation stanzas [all I have time for today], but
  MOST SIGNIFICANTLY;

  Unwind '_' characters from ALL of our example IP names.  Since we waste
  oodles of time stating 'Underscores are invalid in DNS entries' - why
  have examples that contradict the RFC?
