* Rename "BUFF f" to "BUFF data" or "BUFF ctrl", depending on ftp use

* Make output look more like xhtml (cosmetics only)
* Properly escape file names from ftp directory listing (as HTML or URI)
* Treat ftp rc 421 (closing connection) like -1 (connection was closed)
* fix a possible pointer underrun
