Catalan version of the Entry Page, contributed by two colleagues

of the Siemens Apache Project, Jean-Fr�d�ric Cl�re and Ignasi Roca.
My excuses for the previous commit under the name "index.html.es-ct".
The Only True language token for Catalan is "ca" (as of ISO 639).
