Forbid some directives in .htaccess because of AllowOverrideList:

core:          AllowOverride, AllowOverrideList
mod_authn_dbd: AuthDBDUserPWQuery, AuthDBDUserRealmQuery
mod_authz_dbd: AuthzDBDQuery, AuthzDBDRedirectQuery
mod_proxy:     BalancerMember, ProxySet

Adjust for use in .htaccess:
