   (for another patch against -l yet-to-come)

*) Introduce >= and <= syntax for greater-or-equal, or less-or-equal
   string comparisons

*) Respect [NC] conventions for >[=]/<[=] string comparison, which is
   horribly sensitive to the current charset.
