Misc cleanups:

	- cleanup HTML, <e> --> <em>
	- remove bogus security warning about LockFile
	- add warning about possible denial of service attack with
	  LockFile in world writable directory
	- remove security encouragement to use inetd; add warning that
	  inetd isn't well supported.
