Fix sed-substitutions in `make install': path elements like `httpd/conf' (for

instance from an APACI configure --sysconfdir=/etc/httpd/conf option) were
substituted with $(TARGET).conf, etc. Same for other strings with dots where
the dot wasn't matched as plain text.
