ap_log_rerror() certainly wasn't a minor change, it happened before that

concept existed.  Put its correct entry into the list.

Make the minor module number useable... provide a macro that tests the
version in a more convenient mannor.

Add ap_overlap_tables() (which I'm about to commit).
