fix: improve code readability and formatting in statisticsDocumentationData.py

Small fix to remove a code that replace v1.3.1 with v1.6.1 (leaving other versions as they are). The new code overwrite any version with V1.6.1 [1] which is the correct reference expected in 3.1 and 3.2
