Tags are not found when set on keywords

Test Cases making use of permutations have such a structure:

If the Test Suite is launched using the "include tags" option (for instance, --include 5_6_1), this Test Case will not be executed.

The solution is to move the declaration of the tags on each Test Case in the Test Cases section.
