Merge develop (5c398518) into integration/all-fixes 

Conflicts: the 16 DistributedOperations tests both sides changed take develop's version whole (ours re-applied
where coraine shows develop's is wrong - following commits); the mock's http_stub.py is develop's (dkastl's
fixes) plus our match of a stub without parameters and without an id on the exact path; variables.py keeps
the context-branch override with develop's url (no /ngsi-ld/v1 - the paths carry it now); the compound
context keeps its relative sibling.
