fix(021_08): expect only the speed instances that meet the query 

021_08_01 queries the temporal evolution of vehicles with q=speed>90. The
expectation lists all speed instances of the two vehicles, including the
value 80 at 12:05.

Clause 5.7.4.4 selects the entities by the query, and then says: "include
in their temporal representation only the Attribute instances ... which
meet the temporal, query and geoquery restrictions." The instance with
speed 80 does not meet speed>90, so it must not be returned.

Remove the two speed instances with value 80 from the expectation.
fuelLevel is not in the query, so its instances stay.
