Relaxing the tenant name requirement. Eliminate the URI format for the tenant property of the CsourceRegistration schema within the NGSI-LD OAS. A tenant name can now be a string. It can still be a URI (string), but this is no longer required (Table 5.2.9-1 CsourceRegistration data type definition - ETSI GS CIM 009 V1.7.1).
